Our policies

What to know before you book. Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page.

Booking and deposits

Book online or call. A card holds a date afternoon or a party of four or more, and it goes toward your visit. A single suite visit doesn't need a deposit.

Canceling and running late

Please tell us at least 48 hours before your time and we will move it or cancel it without trouble. If you arrive late, we shorten the massage so the next guests aren't kept waiting.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without telling us, the card on your booking may be charged under the spa's terms, which you see before you confirm. Call us if something comes up; we would rather move you.

Children and companions

Suite visits are for guests 18 and older. A companion is welcome to wait in the lounge, and a parent or guardian can book for a guest of 16 or 17 and stay in the building.

If you're not happy

If you're not happy with a treatment, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right, whether that means another visit or a conversation about what went wrong.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.

Using the thermal areas

We have no sauna or steam room. Our heat is a warmed table, warm towels and warm stones, and those treatments are for guests 18 and older. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before you book stones. Tell your therapist if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Phones and quiet

Please keep your phone in your locker, or on silent, in the suite and the lounge. No photos where guests are changing or resting.

Before your visit

Come ten minutes early and wear what is comfortable. We set out robes and sandals. Eat something light beforehand, and tell us about anything we should know when you book.

When to ask your doctor first

Ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, a recent injury or surgery, or have been told to take care with heat. Tell us when you book and we will plan the visit around it.
