Questions and answers
How early should we arrive?
Ten minutes before your time. That is enough to change into your robes and sandals and talk through the visit. If you arrive late we shorten the massage, so the next guests aren't kept waiting.
What should we wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable on the way in. We set out robes and sandals in your suite, and there is a locker for your things. You undress to your comfort and stay covered by a sheet during the massage.
Do we have to be a couple?
No. Two friends, a parent and an adult child or a bridal pair can all book a suite. The tables are a few feet apart and each of you gets your own therapist.
Can only one of us have a massage?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we will set the suite for one guest, with a seat and tea for the other.
I'm pregnant. Can I book a massage?
Giovanna is trained in prenatal massage. Please check with your doctor first and tell us when you book.
How do we change or cancel a visit?
Tell us at least 48 hours ahead and we will move it without any trouble. The policies page explains what happens with shorter notice.
Can we book a suite for more than two?
A suite holds two guests. For four or more, call and we will book suites side by side.
Do you have a sauna or steam room?
No. The heat we use is a warmed table, warm towels and warm stones. The policies page says who should ask a doctor first.
Can we keep our phones in the suite?
Please keep them in your locker or on silent. The suites and the lounge are kept quiet, and there are no photos where guests are changing or resting.
Can we come without booking?
Most visits are booked ahead, but if a suite is open we will fit you in. Call first.
